Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Procedure
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services if such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify our copyright agent by providing a written DMCA notice that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.

- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us by providing the following information:
- Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found.
- Consent to service of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA notice or their agent.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

- False claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
